Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: May 27, 2026

Welcome to Outline & Design. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and our virtual interior design (e-design) services. By accessing our site or purchasing a design package, you agree to these Terms in full.

1. Services Provided

Outline & Design provides virtual interior design services, which include digital design concepts, floor plans, and curated shopping lists ("Services"). Because our services are entirely virtual, all implementation, physical measuring, and purchasing of recommended items are the sole responsibility of the client.

2. Client Responsibilities

  • Measurements: You are responsible for providing accurate room dimensions. Outline & Design is not liable for items that do not fit due to incorrect measurements provided by the client.

  • Product Availability: We curate shopping lists based on product availability at the time of the design. We cannot guarantee that items will remain in stock or at the same price when you choose to purchase them.

3. Payment & Refunds

Payment for virtual design packages is required in full before design work begins. Due to the digital and custom nature of our Services, all fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.

4. Intellectual Property

All design concepts, digital boards, layouts, and drawings provided to you are the property of Outline & Design and are intended solely for personal use in connection with your project. They may not be resold or used for commercial purposes without our written consent.

5. Limitation of Liability

Outline & Design is an e-design service and does not provide general contracting, architectural, or engineering services. We are not responsible for the work of third-party contractors, delivery delays, or any damage caused by the installation of recommended products.

6. Contact Us

If you have any questions about these Terms, please contact us at your designated business email.

Generally speaking, T&C often address these types of issues: Who is allowed to use the website; the possible payment methods; a declaration that the website owner may change his or her offering in the future; the types of warranties the website owner gives his or her customers; a reference to issues of intellectual property or copyrights, where relevant; the website owner’s right to suspend or cancel a member’s account; and much, much more.
