Refund Policy

At Outline & Design, we pour our time, expertise, and creative energy into tailoring custom virtual interior design (e-design) packages for your unique space. Because our deliverables are digital and highly customized, we adhere to the following refund and cancellation guidelines:

1. Payments & Package Initialization

Full payment is required before any design work, research, or concept creation begins. Once payment is received, your project is officially placed on our studio schedule.

2. Refund and Cancellation Window

Before Work Commences: If you change your mind immediately after purchasing and wish to cancel your project, you may request a full refund within 24 hours of purchase, provided that you have not yet submitted your design questionnaire, room measurements, or photos, and no work has been started by our team.
After Work Commences: Due to the digital nature of e-design deliverables and the immediate allocation of design hours, all fees are strictly non-refundable once design work has commenced. This includes the moment we begin reviewing your questionnaire, analyzing your space, or creating your initial design concepts.

3. Project Delays & Pauses

We understand that life happens! If you need to pause your virtual design project due to unexpected circumstances, please contact us immediately. We are happy to hold your project open for up to 60 days. After 60 days of inactivity or non-communication from the client, the project will be considered abandoned, and all payments forfeited.

4. Revisions and Client Satisfaction

While we do not offer refunds, your satisfaction is incredibly important to us. Our e-design packages include a built-in revision round to ensure the final layout and curated shopping list align perfectly with your vision. We work closely with you during the concept phase to make sure we are heading in the right direction, and value your feedback to keep us aligned.
